Enquiries and replies

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, selected subject, and message. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements, and prepare a quote. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.

Enquiries are sent through our email service to NeedAssistant. The website does not store a separate database of enquiry messages. Messages and replies remain in our email system; the website does not set an automatic deletion period for that correspondence. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your enquiry.

Cookies and security records

The contact form uses a session cookie to protect submissions against forgery and repeat sending. The application also keeps hashed identifiers derived from connection addresses and email addresses, together with attempt counts and expiry times, to limit spam. These checks use short windows; expired entries are cleared when the relevant storage file is next updated.

The application records limited error diagnostics, such as the time and an error reference, rather than the content of your enquiry. The hosting infrastructure may also keep access and security logs.

Google reCAPTCHA

The contact page loads Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated abuse. Google processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, and may use cookies. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain its handling of this information.

Email and WhatsApp

Our hosting and email services process information needed to operate this website and deliver enquiries. If you choose WhatsApp, you leave this website and your conversation is handled through WhatsApp under its Privacy Policy. These external services may process data in other countries.

Optional visitor analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources and engagement on public pages. Google receives browser and visit information and uses analytics cookies. We omit URL query strings and fragments and do not send enquiry contents. Analytics loads automatically on these public pages.

Your privacy requests

You can contact NeedAssistant to ask about information held about you, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Any records that must be retained for an existing service, dispute, or applicable legal obligation will be considered when responding.
